Integrated Massage

This is my integrated massage in which I have created my own combination of Swedish massage, Esalen Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Stretching/Range of Motion and of course Reiki Healing Energy. This is a very popular massage as you get to experience a combination of several massage techniques.

Swedish Massage is a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish Massage uses five basic movements to increase circulation and, in theory, remove toxins from muscles.

Esalen Massage begins quietly, with presence, attending to breath, allowing the receiver to drop inward and the practitioner to welcome inner guidance or intuition. The long slow strokes awaken awareness and as the tissues open to the warm of touch, the contact deepens. Many of the Esalen stokes have their roots in Swedish Massage.
